Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the FlowState app and services. By downloading or using FlowState, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — especially the subscription and auto-renewal section below.

1. Using FlowState

FlowState gives you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, for your own personal use, in line with the App Store Terms of Service. You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer it, or use it in a way that breaks the law.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use FlowState. By using the app you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

FlowState Premium is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The following terms apply to all subscription purchases:

Plans & pricing: Premium is available as a Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime plan. The exact price, billing period, and currency are shown on the purchase screen in the app before you confirm, and may vary by region.
Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Auto-renewal: Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Renewal charge: Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price of the plan you selected.
Managing & cancelling: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Free trials (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.

Restore purchases: If you reinstall the app or get a new device, you can restore an active subscription from the subscription screen in the app.

4. Refunds

Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies. FlowState cannot directly issue refunds for App Store purchases — requests are handled through Apple.

5. Health & medical disclaimer

FlowState is a fitness and wellness product, not a medical device, and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Workout recommendations are for general fitness purposes. Always train within your limits and consult a qualified healthcare or fitness professional before starting a new program, particularly if you have any medical condition, are pregnant or postpartum, or have concerns about your cycle or health. You use FlowState at your own risk.

6. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the data you enter. Our handling of your personal and health data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual property

The FlowState app, its design, content, and trademarks are owned by FlowState and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited license to use the app.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

FlowState is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlowState is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Standard EULA

Unless FlowState provides a separate custom end user license agreement, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the app. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
